Vacuum metalising technology acquired from TOYO
INDUSTRY CO. LTD., Japan who are world renowned
manufacturers of Rear View Mirrors having 75%
share in the Japanese original equipment market
namely M/s Yamaha Motors, Kawasaki and Suzuki
Motors etc.
Vacuum metalizing is a highly specialized technology
and for this apart from Technology; - plant and
machinery was also imported from TIC - Japan.
This plant is capable of aluminium coating as
well as chrome coating (Anti Glare) on the glass.
Switches
and Locks
The technology for these products was acquired
from M/s Asahi Denso Ltd., Japan who are suppliers
to almost all the O.E. manufacturers in Japan.
Critical moulds\tools for components imported
from M/s Asahi Denso Ltd., and all the components
developed indigenously are approved by Asahi Denso
Ltd.
Lamps
Almost all the tooling\moulds for 2WH and 4WH
lights are imported from M/s Nissein Seiki, who
are one of the best mould\tool manufacturers in
Japan and are supplying moulds\toolings to most
of the ancillaries who are supplying to OE’s.
Incidentally, ATL is the first company in this
line who brought in manufacturing technology from
internationally recognized manufacturers of similar
products and even now it is in constant communication
to update the technology with the collaborators.
